The Goose is cooked: A rare heritage goose from Yellow House FarmWhen Susan Tuveson, chocolate and cooking maven tells me she's helping Joe Marquette form Yellow House Farm humanely end the life of some heritage birds and is cooking them up, I come running with bottles of wine to join the guests in the kitchen and at the dining table. Andy and I were there last night to get some hot slices of goose and duck and drink too much wine.
